How do I order?
All orders are accepted online via our website, making it simple for you. You must have a PayPal account to purchase an order. If you don’t have one already, a PayPal account is free to set up and ensures secure payment.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to homes within a 25-mile radius of the city of Birmingham. This includes Vestavia Hills, Hoover, Mountain Brook, Homewood, Bessemer, Pelham, Fultondale, Gardendale, Trussville, Leeds, Forestdale, Pleasant Grove, Helena, Alabaster, and Crestline. If you have a question if your location is within our radius of delivery, please contact us via email, which is listed at the bottom of the page.

What do I need to know about delivery?
When you place your order online, there is message box for you to indicate the day and time slot of your preferred delivery. We offer delivery on Friday-Sunday during one of four 1-hour time slots between 5:00-9:00 p.m. If you have any special instructions that might aid in our delivery to your house, please include that as well. Please have someone who is 21 or older be present to accept the delivery if your date box contains alcohol. If you are not home at the time of our delivery, we’ll wait for 15 minutes outside your door. After this time, we will leave the box at your doorstep and it will become your responsibility.

What if I want to cancel my order?
Unfortunately, being the small startup business that we are, cancellations are not available at this time. Because each date box is made to order and personalized for you, our low inventory prevents us from allowing orders to be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.

 

 

 

Is my payment safe?
Yes, your payment is safe. All payments are submitted online via PayPal, which we have chosen due to its security in payments. If you don’t have one already, a PayPal account is free to set up and ensures secure payment.

Where will the proceeds go?
All profits will be donated to Birmingham-Southern College’s Senior Gift Campaign, which contributes to the college’s annual fund. This fund supports scholarships, salaries, library acquisitions, technology updates, and other needs of the college.
